# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The pesto and mozzarella create this incredible creamy, savory fusion that feels fancy but comes together in under 20 minutes
  • Using rotisserie chicken makes it a total weeknight lifesaver while still feeling like you put real effort into dinner
02 -
  • Medium heat is essential here, high heat will burn the bread before the cheese has time to melt properly
  • Pressing the sandwich with your spatula while cooking helps everything fuse together into that perfect cohesive bite
03 -
  • Grate the mozzarella yourself if you have time, pre shredded cheese has anti caking agents that prevent it from melting as smoothly
  • Room temperature ingredients will melt faster and more evenly, so take the cheese and chicken out about 20 minutes before you start cooking
