# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It takes less time than brewing coffee and tastes like dessert for breakfast.
  • You can prep the fruit the night before and assemble it in under five minutes.
  • Every spoonful has texture, sweetness, and enough protein to keep you full until lunch.
02 -
  • If you layer the parfait more than an hour before eating, the granola will turn soggy and lose its snap.
  • Using plain yogurt instead of vanilla gives you control over sweetness and lets the fruit flavor come through more clearly.
03 -
  • Use clear glasses or jars so the layers show through and the parfait looks as good as it tastes.
  • If your yogurt is too thick to spread, stir in a teaspoon of milk or water to loosen it just enough to layer smoothly.
